DogEar

What DogEar collects

• Your GPS email address, provided when you sign in or set up a capture method. This identifies who saved or claimed an item.
• The product page content you choose to save: title, brand, price, images, and page URL. DogEar reads this only when you actively save something, whether that is clicking the browser extension, dragging the bookmarklet, forwarding an email, or using the web app's "+ Product" form. It does not track your browsing activity in the background.
• If you use the browser extension, an internal access credential issued to GPS employees, used to authenticate requests to GPS's DogEar service.

How it's used

Information collected through DogEar is used solely to operate the DogEar service: building the shared product board, tracking prices, and crediting saves and claims to the right person. It is stored in GPS's own systems and is not sold, rented, shared with unaffiliated third parties, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

Who can use DogEar

DogEar is available only to GPS employees and authorized contractors. It is not available to the public.
